Shipping Regions

Claveclub Inc. currently ships products within the United States and Canada only. Orders from other regions may be declined at our discretion.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer or distributor supply timing, logistics constraints, holidays, or promotional periods. Customers will be notified if an order experiences a significant delay.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using professional logistics carriers or freight providers depending on the product type, size, and destination.

Products may ship from:

  • Claveclub fulfillment partners

  • authorized distribution centers

  • Enbio Corp or its logistics partners

Certain products may ship directly from authorized distribution facilities.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Claveclub Inc. pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier.

Once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, the shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.

Claveclub Inc. may assist customers in filing shipping claims when appropriate but is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Claveclub Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs inspections

  • incorrect delivery information

  • force majeure events

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, size, and shipping method.

From time to time Claveclub Inc. may offer promotional shipping discounts.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped when available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide the order number and supporting images.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.

Canadian Customs

For shipments to Canada, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are not controlled by Claveclub Inc.
